Olmstead at Work: Legal Frameworks for Integrating Individuals with Mental Disabilities into the Workplace

Mr. Bagenstos will discusses how the Olmstead principle, which has been applied to address whether people with disabilities should be institutionalized, should also apply to segregated employment settings for people with mental disabilities. He will talk about supported employment for people with disabilities and other tools for obtaining employment integration and how they fit within the scheme of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
